COZIÉ™ RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FIT POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Cozié. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


TRYING ON & FIT GUARANTEE (BRAS & INTIMATE ITEMS)

We understand that finding the right fit is important.

Bras and intimate items may be tried on for fit.

If the fit is not right, you may request an exchange or refund, subject to quality inspection.

To qualify:

• The item must be returned for inspection
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or excessively worn
• Approval is subject to review by our quality control team

Items deemed unsellable due to damage, misuse, or excessive wear may not qualify for refund.

Our goal is fairness while maintaining hygiene and product integrity.


EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer size exchanges where applicable.

To qualify:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be returned for inspection
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Cozie™ covers return courier costs for all approved exchanges.

Once approved and received, replacement items are processed within 3–5 business days.


REFUNDS

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you may request one subject to inspection approval.

To qualify:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be returned for inspection
• The item must meet our condition requirements

Return courier costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

Once approved, refunds are processed after the item has been received and inspected.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the issue

 In these cases, Cozie™ will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.


GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

• Are not returned for inspection
• Show signs of misuse or damage
• Are altered or not in original condition
