Q. How long does shipping take?

A. We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, your Cozié package usually arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Around peak season, it may take up to 10 days — but we always do our best to beat that.

 


 

Q. Where are orders shipped from?

A. All orders are packed and shipped from our base in Cape Town (Maitland).

 


 

Q. How fast do you process orders?

A. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Sometimes faster — but never later.

 


 

Q. Is shipping free?

A. Yes! Free delivery on orders over R750. Orders under R750 will be charged R60 for standard delivery.

 


 

Q. Do I get an order confirmation?

A. Absolutely — as soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

 


 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit/debit cards.

 


 

Q. Is my payment safe?

A. 100%. Our checkout is fully secure and SSL-encrypted — your data is always protected.

 


 

Q. What’s your return or refund policy?

A. At Cozié, all sales are final — we don’t offer refunds.

That said, if you ordered the wrong size, you’re welcome to request a size exchange (if the item is unused and in original packaging) within 7 days of delivery. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost.

 


 

Q. What if there’s an issue with my order?
