Q. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, your Cozié package usually arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Around peak season, it may take up to 10 days - but we always do our best to beat that.
Q. Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Cape Town (Woodstock).
Q. How fast do you process orders?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Sometimes faster - but never later.
Q. Is delivery free?
Yes - free delivery on all orders over R700.
Orders under R700 have a R90 standard delivery fee.
Q. Do I get an order confirmation?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit/credit cards.
Q. Is my payment safe?
100%. Our checkout is fully secure and SSL-encrypted.
Q. What’s your return or refund policy?
At Cozié, all sales are final - we don’t offer refunds.
Intimate wear (such as shorts, shapewear, lingerie, or any item worn directly against the skin) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
For all other clothing items, you’re welcome to request a size exchange if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
You’ll just need to cover the return courier fee.
